Item field, drop down vs list, search, new
We have 2 Netsuite accounts, on one when entering a sales order on the item field you can type in the name of the item or get a list or search, BUT on the other account it just has a drop down how can I change it to allow us to type in the item &/or get the list or search for the item we're looking for like we have on the other account?
Thanks for any direction you can give me.
