Custom Invoice Transaction Form

I modified a invoice transaction form, but now I can't see it as an option when I'm invoicing out customers, Why?
I took a invoice that WAS an option when printing invoices, I slightly modified it, now I can't get it as an option. 
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I did wrong?
