Fedex Label Integration not working

Fedex shipping labels printed last week.
I have attempted to process Fedex shippments this week and the shipping labels are not printing.
No problems with UPS label printing.
Lable integration is checked before fulfillment...then unchecks and grays out when attempting to fulfill.
I then process the shipment manually and edit the fulfillment to add tracking #. The tracking # doesn't save when I save the edit.
We have attempted this on machines with both IE 7.0 and 6.???
no luck.
anybody exp. this as well???
