Purchase Order Requests

Is there a way to allow the employee who is responsible for requesting items that need to be ordered the ability to see the "Items to Order" page so they can just update that page & submit it to the Purchasing Department to approve?
Otherwise they have to manually enter each item in the Employee Center.
