Custom elements

Hello:

I am trying to customize my transaction forms- PDF layouts. I am trying to set up the custom element: bill address on the picking ticket. I cannot get this custom field to work. The information in the record does not merge. I end up with the {billaddress} label printing instead of the merged information. I have found the proper tag to use but it does not work. However the {fax} tag worked perfectly fine. What can I do? I need this field to print on the picking ticket :eek:
