Cases / Errors going unresolved
I posted a case about Bin numbers not displaying on my picking tickets over a month ago.
In my support center it marks it as "not started", I recall someone saying it's an anomoly to my account.
That makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, let me tell you.
Nothing like a good feeling like this right after you pay in full.....now I am dangling on the string until they get to me....one month + and counting.
