Email case Capture Not Working?

Hi,

Is anyone else experiencing trouble w/ email case creation? Mine just plain isn't working...

I tested sending to theforwarding address as well as directly to the case address at Setup>Support and no cases were created. I tested this in multiple NS instances and had the same problem. Any help?
