Error selecting terms

Hi, we are having a problem on our sales orders with the Terms field.  When we select a customer on a sales order who has Terms pre-set on their customer record we get a javascript error on the page and it won't pre-populate the rest of the fields such as Sales Rep etc.

The same error occurs when you try to select any of the Terms from the Terms drop down list. 

This is really affecting our order entry process and any help would be appreciated.
