Problems with PayPal

Due to a long term issue surrounding PayPal integration with NetSuite, our company and customers are experiencing a great deal of frustration.  If you have incurred any problems whatsoever with either PayPal Authorizations, PayPal payments, PayPal integration or VeriSign, would you be so kind as to let me know?  I would like to know exactly what type of problems you are experiencing and if they have been resolved.  Thank you so very much.
