Mass Updates on Record Status ??

Hi,

I want to set Inactive all the unqualified leads that I imported on 15-Dec-2006.

I was thinking that using Mass Update would be the way forward but there appears to be no way to use the record status as a criterium.

Can anyone suggest why this is the case? or suggest a workaround?
