CSV Importing Error Message
I am a new NS user and have been importing existing data into the application. I uploaded a list of Leads and then a list of cooresponding contacts with no problem. I am trying to upload a list of Prospects and have been getting this error message:
The required field 'Bill to Address Name' contains no data in one or more rows of the CSV import. Please add data to the CSV file accordingly, and resubmit.
I have used the "clean data" function in excel and have downloaded a new prospect template from NS, but have found no solution. Can anyone shed some light on what I may be doing wrong.
