Add Multiple not working for related items?

Greetings,

For some reason, my add multiple button pops up the mini window, where i can choose multiple products to add to related items, but when i click "done" nothing happens and i see there is the following script error:

parent.document.forms[0].presitemdata has no properties

i get the same error in firefox 2 and ie 7...

any ideas?
