Reports running in background does not work
Reports running in background does not work
The issue is:
1) you create a custom Ad Hoc report: Report>Group>Report Name> Customize
2) You customize the report with layout and filters
3) You run the report
4) It times out as expected
5) You refresh the report and this time you click “Alert me when ready”
6) NetSuite takes the report you spent time on customizing and runs it the background
7) When finished you get a nice e-mail telling you that your report is done
8) You view the report and it has pulled the report with but none of your customization is there. The filters are gone, the layout is gone and the dates are wrong.
