Need ODBC help!

Is there anyone who can help me out with ODBC?  I'm having a real problem connecting and am getting nowhere with customer support.  I use a Microsoft Access database which I was assured would work fine.  I'm new to ODBC and would like to find out if whatever is happening is on my end or not.  Any information/help, or a source to consult with, would be appreciated.  I'm extremely frustrated by the lack of response from anyone from Netsuite (support, implementation, sales)!  Thanks.
