Case Time Entry date incorrect
We've noticed yesterday that all the employees' times entered within a case is defaulting to the date the case was created. In the past it defaults to today's date, and after numerous careless time entries by employees, they've noticed that 1) their current time no longer show up in the right week on Time Tracker, 2) when approving time it's also showing inaccurate time entries, 3) when billing the customer causes serious disputes because prior time logged have already been billed. Anyone having this problem? Is this the cause of the recent update or an easy fix on my end? Thanks.
