Users cannot log in...
As of 9AM EST today, 2 of our users cannot log in. They get this error message: An unexpected error has occurred. Please go back and try again.
Another user(aside from the 2 that cant log in) cannot change roles and gets the SAME message:  An unexpected error has occurred. Please go back and try again. when attempt to change to another role is done.
I've changed e-mail addresses, passwords, roles and even created new accounts while disabling other accounts. Everytime I try to log in either the 2 old users or new users I created, I get the same error. 
This cannot be billing cuz were fully paid for the next 28 months fo all our users.
