Communication Issues But the Live Chat was fruitful

Netsuite support was having communication issues today and the call was being dropped so we resumed the talk using Live Chat on Webex.  I actually found this to be pretty convenient since I was able to work on my other web related stuff while she did her troubleshooting and such.  Just a thought that maybe if there was some sort of Live Chat queuing it might help free up some of the phone lines.
