Disappearing Fax button, etc

Hi...

I can't figure out why some invoices show the yellow FAX button, and others don't. They both have valid fax numbers entered in the address info, etc.

Also, i'm using efax, but can not MERGE AND SEND by fax by using the INCLUDE TRANSACTION box.

Am I missing something?
