NetAnswers Knowledge Base...WHERE?

According to the HELP files, I should be able to look at the NetAnswers KB, however I do not have this option under my Support tab:

"When you visit the knowledge base at Support > NetAnswers Knowledge Base"

Where do I find this KB?? Am I missing something? Getting answers to questions is very very frustrating....:mad:
