Attaching files to an opportunity

Hi folks,

We've got a client who regularly attaches files to opportunities by clicking the '+' button on the files tab.

Until recently the 'folder' dropdown on the add file dialogue pop-up was empty. Now it defaults to 'Images'.

Anyone got any idea how to remove the default value in this form?
