NetSuite down...
I'm on hold waiting for NetSuite Support, and are entire company is unable to access NetSuite. I am able to ping the server with no problem, but nothing else works. We can't login, save anything (for those logged in), etc.
If anyone else can verify this problem let me know so we can try determine our best course of action. It would really be nice to be able to get verification from NetSuite without waiting on hold for such a long time.
Anyone who can help!?
