Error In File - Can Not Use NS

Is there anyone who can help? We have waited for two months for NS to respond. Luckily we are only on parallel run. Should we junk NS with this kind of support what if we were live?

1. Full CSV Export

Complete, 1 file contained an error

Errors in files:
itemlist


2. List, Accounting, Items

"An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information".


3.  Swap Prices

"An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information".


The rest of system works, but, without itemlist file working we cannot do much. NS -- please help!
