Error Message when installing Outlook Integration

One of my users is attempting to install the Outlook Integration on their laptop - he is receiving an error message stating that Net Suite for Outlook is not a valid WIN32 application - has anyone run into this before?  The laptop is an IBM Thinkpad R60, and is running XP Professional SP2.
