Cost of Goods Sold issue on income statement

I printed out our February Income statement last Friday and then today when I went back in to look at some line items, my COGS were way different than my printed version.  Underneath the title of the report was "Costs of goods sold are currently being recalculated. The values on this report may be incorrect while this calculation is in progress."  I called support and they said that it takes a while for COGS to be recalculated when changes are made (I had made a journal entry yesterday on the COGS) but they could not tell me how long it
