No login or register for some IE7 users?

I don't know if this is a Netsuite problem or an isolated case of just one customer.

I just took a phone call from a new customer. He says he is using XP and IE7, however when he clicks login on the tabs he can see the navigation bar on the left, however the main "frame" is blank. So he cannot register as there is no " I am a new customer" button nor the returning customer fields. I then asked him to click the returning customer link on the top right of the page in the header and it too returned a blank page.
