Cannot Add New Matrix Items To Cart

Hi All,

I have already submitted a case for this issue (121565) but any new inventory matrix items I add to our website shows up online but when you click to add it to the cart it does not go into the cart.

The problem is that the parent says it is online but the children say "no". Of course, if a parent says it is online than the children must be but alas they are working on it. As it stands I cannot add any new items to our website... not a good situation.
