MULTIPLE WINDOWS LOGGED IN AS SAME USER error
We started getting a MULTIPLE WINDOWS LOGGED IN AS SAME USER error yesterday. I saw it twice when I had a NetSuite window open and a NetSuite Usergroup window open using IE6. Another employee has been having trouble with this and has lost work when NetSuite kicked her out due to multiple logins. Others have seen it occassionally in the past and one reports a frequent problem with this error.
1. Is this a v 11.0.6 issue that no longer allows multiple logins for each user?
2. Is there something we can toggle in NetSuite to allow multiple logins going forward?
3. Is this something that IE7 would fix since you only have 1 program running several NetSuite windows?
