Website and Back End are down!

We are getting the "An unexpected error has occurred." message when trying to log into the back end and when attempting to visit our website ... Anyone else affected?  Can someone from Netsuite speak to what is going on? This is very disconcerting.

There is a maintenance period scheduled for tonight at 10 PM PST, but it is now only 8:46 PM PST ... Please, will someone at Netsuite address this.
