Editing records today?

Anything I'm editing today when I click "Save" I get "you have already submitted this form, would you like to submit it again?" and when I click "OK" I get "The record had not changed.  Do you really want to submit it?" and when I click "OK" it saves the changed record.  Is this happening to others?
