Can't connect to Fedex from NS-

I am about to dial support- much as I hate to.  When I try and ship with integrated fedex, I get an error that says "Fedex Logon Service Error"

Spent the better part of yesterday on the phone with Fedex- a high level tekkie in Memphis just told me the issue is not fedex.
