UI - "Plus" button not working on entry screens

Is anyone else seeing this?  In the UI, when we click on the "plus" button on sales order entry (or any other screen with the plus button), the browser does not show any pop-up, and some browsers have even been hanging to the point where we've had to end the task in task manager.

We've tested in IE 6, IE 7, and Firefox so far and none of them behave.
