Unique Item Identifier ????????????

Greetings,
Is there one default field that I can include in my csv to make sure that it updates the correct item.  Im thinking a number of some sort?  When I export my inventory item list, im not seeing a specific number.  The only number field im seeing on the item template is Item Name/Number.  Im in desperate need of being able to upload a csv to replace all existing items.
