Marketing campaign question

So I haven't sent a campaign out in awhile. I sent one yesterday, but I received an email back saying

These recipients have invalid email addresses. Please correct them:

And on this list are email address I know are valid (including mine). What might be wrong to cause so many addresses as being recognized as invalid?
