Missing Meta and Title Tags on hosted HTML files

We are in the process of moving our old Yahoo website to Netsuite and we want to maintain our current page names because of AWESOME natural search engine rankings. In order to do this we are moving pages over as hosted pages in addition to the catalog display through NS.

I have figured out most of the tags I need to use and it looks great, but the tag <NLPAGEHEAD> is supposed to display the entire head information and it's not. I'm not getting any Meta tags and the title tag is empty. Am I missing something? Both of these fields are filled in within the item record in NS.
