Customer Status -Include in Lead Reports
When our customer status were set up the "Include in Lead Reports" option was not checked on the appropriate ones. Unfortunately going back in to edit status this is disabled.
Whats the best way to resolve this - the only solution we have at the moment is to create new Customer Status for those that need it "checked" and do mass update(s) of leads to move to the new status (and then remove the old ones).
Are there any easier solutions and whats the reason why this cannot be changed after creation?
