Slow today ..when are the upgrades coming?

Our performance has been terrible again.  This is typical....

Total: 45.568
Server: 44.907 (96.43%)
Network:  0.588 (1.26%)
Client: 1.073 (2.30%)

I remember reading that they were doing some upgrades that would "significantly improve performance".  Any news about when those are scheduled.  I remember that we had problems and I believe they had to remove the "improvement" and get some new hardware before trying again.
