UPS Shipping totally wrong!

Just got a call from the warehouse, orders processed today had ridiculous charges today $2800 on a $200 order as reported by a customer.  Seems to be linked to UPS real-time rates.  Anyone else have problems?  We are going through each order now and recalculating the charges!
