US Silver Customer Support
I know this has been brought up in the past, but I did want to post to make any on-lookers aware:
Called US Silver Support today at 3:00 PM EST.
At 3:30PM EST I am still on hold. The jazz music is great, but this is a long distance call from MA to CA. I don't have an hour to wait to get someone on the phone, nor do I think I should be paying for a 30 minute phone call when I can't even get someone to help me, even though I (must) pay for the Silver Service.
NetSuite needs to do some serious work on customer support. I would never leave one of my clients on the phone long distance from 30 minutes to fix a bug (file an enhancement* - so NetSuite people know what I am talking about).
