Onine Form - Inventory Name, Quantity, and Price Fields

Greetings,
First and foremost, thanx everyone for helping me with my questions.  It seems like this forum is the lifeblood of netsuite knowledge for me.  Im trying to setup a online form for our reps to goto to and order our inventory with quantities and pricing?  If at all possible, I would like to password protect this page?  Are any of the two options possible?  I attempted to setup a list for salesrepinventory.....Then setup a customized item option to source from all inventory items...then setup a entitiy field in a online form to pull from salesrepinventory.  This did not work.  Am
