Voiding Bill Payment

Anyone having problems voiding a Bill payment (from a different period)???

We've voided payments in the past, BUT today for some reason when we try to Void a bill payment it gives us an "Error on Page" message, then it says "Done" But it won't void the payment.
Is anyone else seeing this?
