Emails Not Being Delivered

A time sensitive email campaign I executed last Thursday, April 5th, by Saturday had only been delivered to 1/3 of our recipients. There were complaints regarding its lateness from those who received it Sunday and Monday.

Also the results of the Campaign Response Summary do not agree with the Campaign Response Detail Report.
