Please select an A/R Account for this invoice ?!?

I have many NS users. The latest user I set up, I used an existing Role that others in our company use. This user can create invoices with no problem. But when the user creates an invoice from an estimate and hits save, they get a "please select an A/R account for this invoice" error. Has anyone seen this before?
