Issue 123489: Bulk Fulfillment and Invoicing Fail when Using External ID's

Hello Everyone,

I have just noticed a new bug that I presume is system-wide.  We use external id's when we push our transactions into Netsuite to ensure no double duplication.  This has been working great, but I now realize that we are unable to Bulk Fulfill as well as Bulk Invoice if we use this critical field.  After calling support, I was able to figure out that it deals directly with the "External ID" field since it is the field name that comes in with the error.  For anyone else that maybe needing this in the future, please make sure to attach
