out of control "Locked Due to Inactivity" popup

edited Dec 3, 2019 3:27PM in General 2 comments

We have a user that whenever she tries to edit an order this pop up appears and makes her re-enter her password -

"Your session has been locked due to inactivity.

Please re-enter your password to continue your session."

She's not stepping away from her desk for an hour between each order.  So, it's not actual inactivity going on.  Is this some kind of caching problem with Internet Explorer that's causing the inactivity detection trigger to go off repeatedly?  Anyone come across this before?

Howdy, Stranger!
