adding full csv export to role

i do not see full csv export as a permission i can add to a role.  i see export as IIF (which is deprecated so why is it still there) and Full Backup which is meaningless apparently and import csv (which doesnt do me any favours).

so how do i give someone else the ability to do full csv export.  obviously i dont want to make them admin.
