Can't Enter Orders with Item Options since 2007.0

Hi All,

It appears that we have been moved to Netsuite release 2007.0 over the weekend.  We depend heavily on the ability to enter transaction item option information into custom "free-form text" fields.  Ever since this weekend, we have been unable to enter any information into these fields ... we are able to get the cursor into the field, but no matter what key we hit on the key board, nothing appears!  We are able to enter text into a textarea box in the same item option window without a problem.

We have tested this out on Windows XP, Windows 2000, OS X, Linux using a number of different browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Camino, Safari) and the same result is reproduced in all places.
