UPS not working in webstore

Customers are back east are having a problem when trying to place an order today on our wedstore.  When they get to the shipping method page the only selection they see is ‘will call’.  All the other methods for shipping are linked to UPS real time rates.

Is anyone else having trouble with UPS real time rate?
