CSV Import

Hi Guys

We have 2 small imports in the Queue that have been pending for about 4 hours. Normally we see them import within a few minutes, is anyone else having problems? Netsuite is there an issue? Because I noticed you took our site offline a few times over the weekend.

Please help! We need this imported asap as we launch our new site tomorrow and cannot progress until we have all the data from our old system.
