Auto Responder non working

I just noticed that in the last couple weeks our auto responder emails have stopped working.  All our other emails from NS go out just fine.  But when someone registers for our software at our web site, it creates a record in NS and then sends them a confirmation email.  Everything is working fine except the email confirmation portion.  Has anyone else seen this lately?
