Leads Updated on Duplication rule updating wrong lead
I have filed a case #567627 and are waiting on them to respond to me
The rules for lead duplication and updating of leads are in consistent.
Currently our company is using, online forms, web services and importing for leads.
On the Set Up Duplication, we have email and phone number as the fields to match on for leads. For the Contacts, it is email.
For our Online Form, the Workflow tab we have set up the “Handle Duplicate Record” by Update the first record created.
When a lead originally enters NetSuite via the online form and the customer resubmits another online form, the logic does flow to update the lead.
